SMART GOAL  7 - work on my leadership skills

I want to build up my leadership skills professionally before my internship begins so that I am trustable and ready to take on the event manager role. I want to achieve this goal before the 30th of April. I want to achieve this by working 4 different shifts in different companies as a manager. This will help in getting to know different organisations and different ways and views on how to manage people. I will ask atleast 2 companies to write recommendations based on my performance and attitude.
